I was talking about phone's counter for enter unlock codes,
not lifetimer, anyway, looks like someone has written PM120,0
to this phone or maybe full PM120. If PM120,0 is damaged only
than maybe we could repair. If all fields were written then no way.

Try to write attached PM and make factory settings afterwards
and check the simlock status.

As I have stated in my first post, this method works only if you wrong reset counters...
on other case, it won't work, but you can still try what has been suggested.
