Please reset my counters on ATF Suport Site

And I being unable to use ATF Suport Page

But Am I just a Stupid Guy how bought the Box and now you all dont give a damm about.
I would like at least to have an answer about that since I have a box bought to use and payed for it but am unable to use your services fully because of your suport not return to zero bandwith.
When I bought your service box everyone told wonders about your service but every day I ask something I am ignored by you.
For two days my post is going down on the list and I see already answers to others.
Why dont I have at least one minute to be helped.
Why?

ATF Support Site doesn't have NEW NOKIA FILES anymore since NOKIA NO MORE PROVIDES FULL SETUP files.

Use NokiaCareSuite/NaviFirm software to download Nokia files.

But althought Nokia doesnt have the new ones I still need the old ones
And they are unavaiable for me on your suport since ATF doesnt reset counters every month.
In my case already for several months.
Could your services at least reset users counters montly in order for us to use support.
Or do I have to be constantly asking for my friends and this forum for a file that is avaiable on ATF Support but unavaible and ask to UFS owners those files since they have total access to them?
It's a shame not to have any chance of using sopport page even for older files.
A tool like this should provide their users as others do with access to Box Owners support page.
Even without new files to add, older ones are also important.
But this is just my humble opinion

How old is your box 917F354FD2DAE1E28EDEF93A?
Anyway, your box bandwidth was reset, you can now use Support Site again.
