try to repair , write crt ..ext but still same

There seem nothing to repair on eMMC itself... In fact log window show eMMC IC in good conditions.

Do you try to take a picture with camere and make a factory reset ( or erase via recovery ) and after this to check - is there still picture exist or not? If this test to record / erase some data to internal memory ( in fact a part from your eMMC inside phone ) show that R/W is OK, then mostly seem

You need to try to rewrite EFS ( reset EFS ) and write a good certificate. In some case

Checking of modem IC ( Infineon XG626 ) is highly recomended ... In fact IMEI data is stored on eMMC, but is depended of modem IC.
