Samsung P5100 dead with backup

i have P5100 cannot deleting user data eg: pic..
then i conect to atf direct emmc for read 512 rom..
after read done i try firmware update and succes then samsung factory format..
then i write my ext_csd backup then user area backup...
now phone dont turn on...

please help...
