I have this problem too
I flash boot and cm j700f with this firmware J700FXXU1APA7_J700FOJV1APA5_J700FXXU1APA1_HOME.tar
but problem exist

Atf team not answer. I think maybe atf team not guide completly for repair this phone. Becuase every thing is ok and sboot and cm write succsesfull.

I read completly and done completly again and again and again and tested 2 j700f and 1 j700H and write sboot and cm succesfull. But phones still dead.
In power supply voltage phone when power it .03 and then 0

3 phones in my hands same after write Sboot and CM.
