server problem? customers cannot update or register new box

We are have disabled "AUTO UPDATE" until official 11.70 will be released because we will be transferring our servers to another service provider. 11.70 will be released this month. After 11.70 will be released, the legacy servers will be shutdown. Meaning 11.60 and below will no longer have any SERVER CONNECTION available.

Only 11.70 will have ATF NETWORK and AUTO UPDATE SERVERS.

Please bear with us while we are working hard (day and night) to finish server migration.

i renamed this file to advancebox-beta.exe

then copied it to my atf install folder

i run it and it loads up all ok

i cant check if registering a new box is working or not, we need new user to try this please and report back on this thread

i did try to do update important files, but this did not work, i just got some HTML in log window (see attached image)

hi I have updated to 11.70 box firmware has updated now and does not ask to update box firmware. now I cant activate the box because when I try to fill in details it does not let me select country or reseller and if i just fill in first three lines and click activate it says please fill in all information.



I have also updated important files this does not work and same image as fonefun posted.



when I connect mmc card adaptor and click read card it gives me

"error: could not initialise mmc module ox55"


I am not sure if this is because the box is not activated yet, how can I activate the box and start using my box.

i cannot seem to upload pictures at all or use a hosting website but i will keep trying and try and post a link to the pictures

i have still had no reply i have posted pictures cannot activate box. I have tried installing older verions on another pc 10.50, 10.10, 9.70 i can selct the country and reseller on these versions but it does not let me activate the box it just freeze

please help

You need to:


1. Disconnect ATF BOX from your PC + Disconnect other Boxes as well.

2. Close ATF Software.

3. Open ATF Software (BOX NOT CONNECTED)

4. Go to Product Support Tab ---> Box Tools

5. Connect BOX To USB Port

6. Click "RESTORE EEPROM"

*** Make sure correct drivers are installed after RESTORE EEPROM

7. Click "RESTORE BOX"

8. Final Step, click "UPDATE FIRMWARE"
