SL3 Hash Read Nokia 301 cant detect

Hi

I am trying to unlock a Nokia 301 by reading log for BF, but cant get phone to detect via USB.

Have logged into ATF network and try and authorise BB5 but phone just shows as charging and just keep getting the following;

Booting Phone via USB...

1. Remove USB Cable and Battery...
2. Connect USB Cable.
3. Connect Battery.

Unable to detect "Nokia USB Flashing Generic"
ERROR: Boot Failed!

Have tried reading Hash as well without authorize and get same problem, just starts charging;

I am new to the box, is there something im doing wrong? Have read FAQ section and followed all instructions but can not get it to work for last couple of days.

connect your phone in nokia pc suite mode
go to imei and locks -->decrypt sl3 pm 120 hash and follow instructions

Phone doesnt give option for PC suite mode, Only;
Modem mode
Sync and connect
Memory card

Im assuming sync and connect is the same, have tried both modes with phone on and then following instructions, removing USB cable and battery and putting back but each time phone just jumps into charging mode

Ok have managed to get phone to connect using a different PC, but always fails reading halfway through, the phone does not have pc suite or ovi mode option when i connect USB, just the following options;

Modem mode
Sync and connect
Memory card

Have tried both "modem" mode and "sync and connect" mode but keep getting read failed;
