Well this is S5 phone and probably have some waterproofing glue. So it is NOT a good idead to OPEN/Disassemble Phone because you might crack LCD...

Try other technique like use USB JIG cable to force download mode, or use POWER SUPPLY instead of battery.

Make sure your SD card is atleast 4GB and class 10.

i used this SDC file for revive my G901F dead boot, but nothing happen!!

it can be a locked JTAG problem ?
for more info, my G901F was dead by Z3X box, when i tried to flash a backup TAR file,
it's not a hardware or water damaged

Me also killed by z3x if boot loader erased sdc method will work
