I bought this box just a box , .. whether the converter sold separately or included?

it dont include any converter . pacakage contains only box and vpp cable

its use to give vpp to phone to speed up the flashing speed
and it should connect like this as shown in below

how to write rpl backup agian. my n 73 show 1234.........imei but i have backup from advance box rpl size 216kb but it become blue light when i write back up. plz solve this bug.
