What's the problem in opening support area ?

hi..

we have 3 servers for support on exe you see the drop
down list box we have venus, mars and mercury.

please be sure that you are not connecting to a USB hub
be sure you are using usb 2.0 port.. or if you are using
a desktop be sure you connect it at the back of you computer..

if everything else fails.. you can PM me your ATF SN and il check
your logs and will reset your account if necessary. this is to
create a new session for you. every box have unique session id.

plz help i have click full package flash file download support but open is Advance-Box - GSM-Forum thish site i have use other atf box in same computter than open flash file site . site is open plz help why to not open support site use my atf box s.n:9D52CA90A

Please try open support area few times - it will redirect you to ATF support area.
