have update Atf drivers?, in win7 in Automatic show the "update Drivers" if Update Box from Autoupdate v. 11.40 to 11.41 version, try and post result....

If not solve and you do not have other boxes connected on the USB Port then most
probably the Solution is HARDWARE BASED...

Open ATF Box and check the LEGS of the 2 BIG IC CHIPS on the PCB..

After you make sure that ALL the LEGS of the CHIPS are soldered to the PCB,
then your problem will be solved.
