Update frimware proplem - GSM-Forum

i am trying to update frimware to work with last version and i am getting this messge

Code:

Advance-Box Secure AES-128 Channel Open Port Success... Error return code 6 Error return code Elapsed time = 00:00:00

I think you have Lighting or Nitro box , If yes check wire / connector

Hi,ATF Team v9.70 work fine,but when i install v10.00 program say :

''update Firmware ''> click''update Firmware'',result >>''Please update your Box firmware''>> again click''update Firmware'',result >>''Please update your Box firmware'' How to exit from this circle?

Disable Antivirus , Firewall off & put ATF folder in exclusion list

first open exe without connect to atf
then connect atf and click restore box b4 it (specially)please check it is big or lite
then click on update firmware
and feel the power

Hi, if i click on restore box {on page product support }
see this error ''Cannot open file ''C:\AdvanceBox Turbo Flasher\Logs\tmp.txt''

first unistall the atf and aslo delete the folder in c drive
and then install the atf setup 9.xx(antivirus must be off) and then click on restore and then update firmware
