Select proper model and Scan Phone again..
ATF will show correct info. if you will scan phone while
catagory is BB5 by default selected, than some info. like
simlock etc will not be readen correctly. And make sure
you are using latest version 8.63 - in it we fixed infineon
20-digits detection.
