You are definitely doing something wrong.

You need to make teamviewer meeting with one of the product supporters.

Seems even I explain very well to you what to do, you still cannot fix it yourself.

Close ATF Software

Disconnect ATF BOX from USB Port

Open ATF Software without any ATF BOX Connected.

Go to "Product Support" ----> Box Tools

Connect 1 ATF BOX, select correct TYPE, like ATF BIG + Normal PCB or ATF Lightning.

i very try read carfully ur instuction and follow many time and chage 2 pc with v11.70 but still can't update my box too.

all can't update,so now i can't sell my box

Both should work, unless your box have account problems.

Post here serial numbers of your boxes.
