y my atf is not responding to level 1, level 2 respectively the aft network is active what is wrong in my procedure?

unit 5130 phone in contact service.
when i click the start recovery option it doesnt work do it require any settings as itz only first time i am using this service.

No mater with SRP credit , SRP credit need on Level 3 job upload

Level 1 from Flash DUMP = Free

Level 1 from phone = Free

Level 2 from phone = Free but after ATF network authorization

Level 3 ( if fail Level 2 ) = 25 SRP credit

Level 1 from Flash DUMP
Can extract PM your DUMP file .

Level 1 from phone
Can recover PM from phone , not verify , The recover PM will work if PM not damaged inside

Level 2 from phone
Can recover PM from phone , verify the recover PM , some extend repair if found damaged .

Which Version of ATF you R using ? V9.10 ? if yes then update it to V9.12 & update important files , it will work
