Now hindi dictionary for Language Editor small, but you can translate phone frases to hindi and add you frases into dictionary for make it bigger. If you have phone what need to translate to hindi language - i can make one translation free for you - and we test working translating to hindi or no.

in some chinese sets which are based in mtk6225 there are hindi language , can we extract the hindi dics from that phone and insert to another phones which dont have hindi language ?

Yes, you can extract dictionary and font's from other firmwares.
