good or slow support. your opinion ?

long time i wait new version on LPE to can edit graphic labels in SciPhone mobiles (iPhone clones) and other models.
i wait 4 months !!! to can edin one SciPhone picture menu. 4 months.

and now is released notorious v2.01.
today i try to work with it.
open my old backup. and now LPE can show me all pictures. but have probem with MIF. or not ?????

simple:
find MIF in firmware and save in file. then select same file to load in this MIF. and will get error
"This .BMP after conversion into MIF image format is too big!
Please, select other file or edit this file!"

MIF is 76
saved BMP is 1550 bytes
new BMP 1st time is 1552 bytes, 2nd time i make it 1067 bytes !

what's the problem ?
why can't extract file in MIF ("multiband format" if i am not wrong) ?
how to edit and then return new file in firmware ?

what need we to do. to get better support ?

Infinity BOX have quck support. but for now i can't say that ot Language Editor sorry

please, make what is needed users to have better support.

MIF format is format of picture files in MTK phones. It have many subformat's and any picture editor can't work with it. Language Editor make autoconversion from MIF to BMP format when you press Save picture. MIF format is packed and BMP picture have more length then MIF. When you press Load picture button, Editor load your BMP file, convert it into MIF format and check length of target MIF file. If new file biggest then original, Editor say message about big picture length, if new MIF file have some size as original, or smaller then original file, Editor upload it into firmware. Now i hard work for get more supported MIF formats and make more feutures in Editor.

Some feutures have now only in Infinity LPE Editor - Searching, show, save and load True Type font's, change LCD drivers for EVEN firmwares, delete FFS from fullflashes - why you say about bad support? I need time for making good software and need many time for testing all before making any public release!

Hi s.Mobi.
I not say bad support. I just say slow support. This is different.
I don't know how many programers work on LPE. But need more people in your team to can with, you user to get quick new updates.
