| Infinity-Box language editor Hi, I'am new here. I would like to modify the language of my mobile phone, it is running under the MTK 6223 (or some similar number). My questions: 1.) Can I modify the language with the Infinity-Box language editor on MTK platforms? 2.) Which cable do I need to buy? Does my phone even have an output to connect a cable to modify the firmware? (I believe the hole in the middle, is this a L14B output?). Where can I buy Infinity-Box (I'am from Germany)? ![]() I have researched the cable and came across this picture: ![]() Do I need to connect the cable to my COM-Port on my computer or is an extra hardware needed, because the only ouput on my computer who has that many holes are either for monitor or printer(COM)? Thank you so much. |

| Hello, 1. Yes 2. it's not so easy question and it depends on your phone model. To use Infinity-Box Language Editor you must have main Infinity-Box (Infinity-Box - About) with cables or you can buy separate language Editor Dongle, but in this case you have to buy separate cables and find special software that helps you to read/write frosh chip content from/to phone. |
