Do not share support area exe or any files to other people or forums..
Do not share your licence file to other peoples

SOLUTION:
CONTACT RESELLER AND SAY ADD ONE MORE UPDATE LOG TO YOUR USERNAME.
IF RESELLER IS BUSY,DEAD,REMOVED CONTACT ANY PRODUCT SUPPORTERS VIA PM AND SAY ADD UPDATE LOG TO YOUR USERNAME..

WHEN WE OPEN COMBO LIGHT ANY VERSION AT DOWN WE HAVE USERNAME TAB DOUBLE CLICK ON IT AND PASTE IT TO GET 100% CORRECT USERNAME.
