I can't Get any support ? plz help advance cdma team - GSM-Forum

I Have buy only LG RD unlocker at 12-12-2009 , 6000Rs and 6 month support

and after 3 month i also buy combo unlocker at 30-03-2010 , 10,000Rs and 1year support

Now i can't get new setup for rd unlocker or combo unlocker

i accept my rd unlocker is expire but now combo is life time support so why i can't get new setup of combo?

now my reseller say u want to pay more for lite support.......i have already paid 16,000rs to advance cdma team and at this time rate is 4000rs , so new user getting all support for only 4000rs ; and what about old user who have already paid 16,000rs and for them no more support

i request advance team to think about this

i think combo team will think about all their old user and not only new one

Your combo is life time still just don't ask for new version simple as that.

You are free to buy other product or our combo light at normal fee.

We won't do any thing on this.
And also in new year we going to close combo to combo light.

It you won't do now you loss chance to get at 1500 even.

Choose what you like.
