did u mark any ticks?
who tell you to do that?

just unlock it without ANY TICKS. and be sure you are using LATEST VERSION.

i dont have the set now but i have tried by both the methods .

by ticking and without ticking
but both the ways failed
then only i wrote here ..

you may using old version.
go to beta version folder at support and put update to advance cdma folder then extract it.

if you are not able to unlock contact via messengers.

i am 100% sure you are doing something wrong.
software is tested by many many users and all log posted at mygsmindia.
