Alcatel OT808 unlock code error

Hi

I have here a Alcatel OT-808x and was trying to unlock it generating code with MXKey.

But here is the code I got,

Calculate Alcatel Codes for:
IMEI: 356389033498806
Model: OT808
Provider ID: TFNL1
SERVER->Served by MXKEY - BLADE X at host2, agent version 1.1 revision 0.5
NCK: 2041985271
SPCK: 1233154029


I have tried both codes and the phone marks a X and do not opens

Can the correct code be calculated?
Phone is asking for NETWORK LOCK CODE

codes are correct, try reseting phone , long press # key and power on same time then re enter phone.

Make sure phone hasa not been tampered with, with another box or flasher.

I dont have the phone by hand anymore, Client took the phone back.
I called them and told them to bring it back for me to try the reset.
If I get it back I will post result.

Now I have another one.

When inserting a simcard, phone say's INVALID SIM Phone do's not ask for Network or SP-Code.

I did reset this handset, but same INVALID SIM.

I have try the instructions without sim: *#0000*3885754822# and to finish type: *#001*3885754822# but nothing happens, all code remain like that on the screen.

Any suguestion???
