1.Uninstall Setup
2.Delete Folder In C:\mobileEx
3.Clean Registry Like CCleaner
4.Restart PC
5.Disable Antivirus
6.Install New Setup
7.Add MobileEx Folder Path In Antivirus Exceptions

Note:Not Able Your Antivirus Before Add Exception.
