Herald 110 Unlock problem.Please give any suggestion for unlock.

I have Herald 110 Model.It was came for unlock.I will try to unlock but it was not done.But this model is in supported list.Here is the log file:

I was done which are given instructions step by step.Please solve this problem.Its urgent.
