| Htc Exca(S620) Unlock failed Hi, I was trying to unlock the HTC Exca100(S620-Excaliber) but saying failed, I put the msg that I got, Please help. Selected model: Excalibur Reading Simlock data ... Running MemDump task ...Done. failed. |

| ive just managed to unlock a HTC S620 EXCALIBUR with mx-key now. I didnt get it right on the first time, coz this is my first time unlocking a HTC, but after a few attempts i was successful. I unlocked it by reading unlock code. To do it you need to have ActiveSync installed on your computer and need a normal HTC usb cable. Then turn phone on without sim and connect phone and let the drivers install and let the ActiveSync fully complete the syncing of the phone. Once all Done just press CALCUTE CODE button and shortly it will try to read the phone and a message with come on the computer, asking you to take out usb cable and restart phone and reconnect cable. Do it and then press OK. Then it will start to read phone again, will try to create a file into the phone, so you will have to press YES on the phone, when prompted. It should take a minute or 2 and it will give you the unlock code. Then put in a wrong simcard in the phone and simply enter the code you got. You might have to enter it twice, but you should be able to use the same code for both times. my log: Selected model: Excalibur Set Security Policy ...Done. Reading Simlock data ...
