If the model exist in the list it should be unlocked.... make sure u have updated the htc module.
Go to module select htc and click update then try again.

herald model is not supported cause mxkey uses same module as microbox and herald is not supported by microbox either.

Not supported or bug for this model..
Same goes for Artemis, it had no security code (i even disabled it use sda_application and restarted phone after). Always ended after memdump task.
