when i press scan the box shows only simlock and cid and imei and the device is none also i've tried to unlock simlock for jamin , leo ,and kaiser but no device is unlocked please tell me why ?????????????????????

i have a axe box since 1 month now and still didnt unlock any htc.

No, you didn't read about supported models. Both Leo and Prophet (Jamin) are not supported by AxeBox.
