If I have 100pcs of HTC desire to debrand would that mean that I have to buy a new box after every 20pcs of phones that I need to debrand..

that is what i understand from gold cardfeature of yours

you need only "one" goldcard for all phones.

Each AxeBox will allow you to Generate 5 Goldcards, each goldcard can be used for 5 ROM flashes.
