AxeBox, installation problem [Solved] - GSM-Forum

Hi, i have all main brand boxes and other many boxes, may be can unlock around 95% of mobile phones in my country, so i bougth axebox, to unlock easy htc...

well, i am installing software and smartcardreg crashes with runtime error with visual c++ redistributable..

i contact with AxeBox support at msn, and only thing can they give me, test on clean pc. Sorry, but ALL BOXES run perfectly in this machine, and AXEBOX must run same others. If installer or program is badly designed is time to redesign it.

I am tested on another XP sp3 with same problems. this mean that i need ONLY ONE PC to run axebox? i think isnt acceptable.

Xp sp3 is original and have all updates from windowsupdate and is installed only 3 weeks ago.

I am tested on a virtual machine, but program cant run on it? why? i dont know... but is a big problem.. same as program/installer, a big problem..
