Need GoldCard.
Create with Axe Box it's very simple, but u need another WM 6.1 for that operation.

Goldcard can only creat in windows mobile phone with qualcomm cpu like touch hd, hd2, diamond 2, touch pro, touch pro 2, and few others all is complete write in stick topic.
