Sir please help there is virus in instler exe when i install 1 dll file delete by norton & kasper anti virus ,how to solve ,please help

In antivirus setting allow that folder

Hi

I have Kaspersky 2010 internet security. How to add this to safe list or change the settings like advised? .dll always missing.

Switch off internet connection and exit protection, then execute installer.

Switch on protection and connect to internet.

Working ok now. Otherwise installer was showing backdoor and dll was auto deleted by internet security.
