| First need do CID UNLOCK, your phone is locked and if it is then you can't change imei. First cid unlock, after sim unlock and on end change imei and will work. |

| After phone turn on to boot menu(tricollor screen after press cid unlock) disconnect usb cable from phone for 3-4 secounds and connect it again and after this all go well. This is well know old HTC bug. |
