cid unlock and imei patch error is htc touch pro. What is the reason

HI pleasse do screenshoot with error what you got or write here what error you got and what version of axebox you use becsoue without this will be hard find problem.

You use for sure last axebox version from this link:

Problem with internet connection with axebox server. disable all antivirus and firewall and try again.
