I can´t create a new user to my Axe Box [THIS IS CORRECT !!] - GSM-Forum

If I use the main soft to get access to support site everything is OK. But when I try to use the option to create a user with pass in the official site always received an error message. I´m sure that the serial of my box is correct.

Any answer to this problem from supporters???????

Access to support ONLY WORK by BUTTON in SOFTWARE NO OTHER WAY !! !!
