| Please elaborate HELLO, HAVE THIS HTC HERO 10000, ALREADY RECEIVED NCK CODE AND ENTERED (NETWORK UNLOCK SUCCESSFUL, BUT STILL HAVING ON SCREEN UNLOCKING SIM CARD). DID ALSO HARD REST AND UNLOCKED AGAIN BUT NO LUCK. | Firmware problem just flash phone to new firmware and if ask again just enter again your code. |
