br
i see many threads
axe box runtime error in window xp always
but work in window 7
product supporter mostly always offline
mostly people use window xp
so plz fix this bugs in installer of axe box

first u need install AxaltoAccessClient hve support area 2nd control panel > system and security > system > device manager > smart card reader > uninstall usb token holder

now u can use axebox
