problem with CID unlock [ANSWERED] - GSM-Forum

When using the CID unlock your phone does not go into boot mode and hangs and pull it out of this state can only be rebooting! A SIM unlock function works without any problems but only when done already HardSPL on your phone!

Help fix this problem!

I use a laptop Aser Aspire

Installed OS XP SP3 XTremeCDv30.12.9 [4]

It turned out the next! That the problem in the ustrystve! Was installed second AxeBOX which I took from a friend! It worked fine, as did CID unlock and SIM unlock!

This mean your box is broken and send it to seller from you buy box to exchange that all.
