Problem with Excalibur [ANSWERED] - GSM-Forum

Hi Axe box team, I have this problem, I connect this device, and after it gets connected perfectly with active sync, I push scan device button, and it says:

Device: None
CID: Locked
SIM: Locked
Imei: Failed

After such error, I installed sucessfully the enablerapi file to phone and still the same

and before somebody respond me with reading the FAQ manual, well, I did it, 3 times

I just try to unlock CID, do I need to use something else?
Like a gold card?

And with other supported models I get this:

Device: None
CID: LOcked
SIM: Locked
Imei: 352565xxxxxxxx

and doesn´t show the phone picture betwen the buttons in the main software

Hi HTC on CPU OMAP will not show picture after detect device need just press CID UNLOCK , SIMLOCK OMAP buton and all will do software well.
This device are just too old to can support it more.

Thanks but the software don´t CID unlock the phone S620, just show locked locked and imei:failed.
enablerapinew.cab is installed and device is well synced with active sync
How can I do in this case?

DO hard reset and try read phone again to work need be imei readed ok.

If IMEI is not readed correcly mean that phone is not supported for now.

So Axe Box Team is joking right? why Axe box team would add to their supported list unsupported phones?

I always read the FAQ to see in case the device that I got in hands is sopported or not, I bought this box hoping it would be the best HTC box in the marked, which is apparently the oposite, I´ve connected several models with no success, having to unlock it with furious, I keep in mind that some devices are not supported, but even supported phones in the list are not supported.

Can you explain why sir?

Look at post #18, appears to be fake, because always get this error with excalibur:

CID:Locked
SIM:Locked
Imei:Failed

you had 6.0 or less version in axebox only 6.1 supported
