The problem with the server at AxeBox unlock HTC Imagio (Whitestone) [ANSWERED] - GSM-Forum

There was an issue at the time I was trying to unlock HTC Imagio (Whitestone). I try to explain the situation below.

AxeBox states that phone has been already unlocked, at the time phone's unlock code counter decreases by 1 try. There's in total three phones where I had tried to unlock using your software. As the result, there is only one try remaining on each of them. One conclusion is that program works improperly and the problem in AxeBox server side.

Please be advised, that I have worked with this software before and know sequence of operations very well.

Would you be so kind to advise what should I do in this kind of situation and fix the problem exists on server side.

Try last installer all problem should be solved with it.

Where is screenshoot or exacly write what problem you got. Server working ok yesterday I unlock few phones without any problem.
