This is keys usage counter, just as info how many phones u did already.
The output can be disabled in Settings tab->Display

I totally agree with you. There is no meaning of such stupid alphabets because on one hand they say that this tool is more to help layman and on the other are not quite making it simple to use it for these people by inserting unnecessary texts.
