please my nero key wan't active.
today i try to register my card,have complette all registrasion form and say will send to my mail.i wait untill more than 3 hours no mail came from nero key team.
and then i try again to active my nero key and the server say " Error: Card not found!
The requested serial was not found in our Database or your Card is already Activated!

Please contact our Customer Support!".

You need wait for emial. This is your mial server problem no us all emial from us are sended in 1-2 minutes after you fill form.
What you need from support maybe will can help ?? ??

ok i'll try to wait maybe yahoo in problem.btw if in a few day i don't recieve email from nerokey,can i change which my another email addres?
if yes what should i do...

another question, i use win7 32bit,in device manager my smart card can't install driver but if i open nerokey why in program my smart card key is avaible!

This is w7 problem not nero or any other box.

check spam folder in yahoo maybe is there. Max time that I see was 24h that someone wait but always got it.

about win7 why all my flasher whith smart card,all can install properly,i have 9 flasher include "another se flasher" all work ok,no driver problem.i use 7 32 bit not 64 bit.
but thats ok, couse my youngest dongle nerokey still can running although have driver problem,
cant waith to work with this powerpull recovery tool

Nerokey is newest smartcard that is better protected and use little other drivers becosue this you got problem on it and not have problem with much older cards. bye
