Unlock W580 Error [ANSWERED] - GSM-Forum

Hi i hsve unlock W580 and now cannot reconize any sim.
How to fix the problem.

I dont remember the original cid?

I have flash is with cid 52 and change the cid to red 52 but the same problem dont accept any sim.
please help!

Just use older version 1E got few bug that need fix in next version for now use 1D or older to unlock or flash any phone. bye

I have tried with 1D but the same, unlock ok but no accept any sim...
please tell me the steps to foloow to repair my phone.

Impossible I unlock with 1D and fix about 100pcs A1 phones in last month. If this is true give screenshoot from 1D that you try unlock A1 phones and not work !!

It is true.I had the same problem (read my previous post).I unlocked W580i with 1E, the phone does not accept any sim, I tried to unlock the same phone with 1D, 1C, 1B, same result (sometime 1E kills the phone).The problem is that if the A1 phone is previously unlocked by R1E and failed, mostly there is no way to repair it with other versions.BIg bug! I think product supporter must make quickly update or sticky of that, to avoid to many people to do the same thing .Do not also use R1E to unlock W710 , it killed my phone.Thanks
