A very nice surprise would be:

-no more giving away free unlocking codes,
-a private section for pros that can't be accessed by "amateurs/schoolkids/freebeggars" where pros can exchange knowledge.

To protect the market the giving away must end

theyre probably in a different time zone to you so you could make it 1000 emails per hour

and you will still only get 1 answer when they get to you.
