I try in windows vista, seven and xp.
the error is, #The smart card reader could not be found.#
i put the purple key in the PC, he install the drivers, then i put the onesim card on the reader, and nothing hapen.

Make sure you put the correct serial in program.

hi guys.
good news, i resolve the problem. because i cut the onesim on microsim when i put in reader some how he don't touch very well in every parts.

why there is no apple selection in configuration in 2.10.11? Can you give old tool 2.10.9 or other in which there is apple in configuration.

Win 7 isn't supported yet for that kind of reader.
Are you using 64 Bit OS?

If possible you can use it on Win Vista or XP.
As only expensive CCID readers are capable to work on WIN 7 32/64 Bit system.
