Android new phones have activation skipping option while older had issue regarding activation.

that phones can activate without orignal sim . just yu need to pput your working indian sim for eg. airtel and setup the gprs settings manually by clicking menu button and then it will acsess internet and put your gmail user id and pass

ok, let me summarize some things here

one card:

- does not bypass or manipulate the phone when activation is needed, especially for phones like iphone, htc (android) models, nor can it unlock or jailbreak.
moreover, it functions only as a original operator sim card when it is necessary.
it is not a card with thousands of operators in one, a connection to server is needed every time you want to configure (change operator) the card.

the configuration is done in three simple steps, select country, operator and press the configure button - jobs done, in less than 2 seconds.

beside this, it also functions as a test sim card, for example use with setool2, also note that in latest phones test sim card has been blacklisted, so in order to access a locked phone you need original sim card, unless, you can unlock it over cable.
