Contacts are not found - GSM-Forum

Hi dear supporters;
I have problem with nokia S40 java phones like 3120,6270,6500s,... .I read full PM from phone which has lost the contacts.Save it and import to ContentExtractor v2.1 but it says: "Contents are not found" but i don't have problem with other phones like SE.
What could be the reason?
This time my problem is with 3120c.Below is PM file i read from this phone,please check if i go wrong.

this file does not contain any contacts...
what program read pm?

This time i used MX via UFS interface,one more thing to mention here.If i add a contact now and read PM after,Contentxtractor shows me the added contacts.I'm confused and need help.

If the contacts in your phone has and PM read correctly - that the extractor will show them

All i wonder is i try it for SE phones ok but nokia phones can't find deleted contacts,so if there is any user manual please lead me there where i may get more info or tricks,maybe i do something wrong.

extract deleted contacts - not posible.

if contacts are lost, deleted they can not br recovered any more
i don t think BB5 Nokias have contacts in PM

please correct me if iam wrong

Hehe, looks like you don't know for what that tool.
That tool created for extracting data from dead phones. If phone flashed/formated - data losts, and no any (even factory, like on nokia) can recover that info.
First - better backup all possible data ( like PM, fullflash, e2p, tfs .....) and after try recover data from backups, after - kill/flash/repair phone.
