| installation problem please help as per activation information but after setup there is no create any ask file 1. go to folder with software (f.e. C:\Program Files\InfinityBox\ContentEx) 2. send "license_contentex_xxxxxxxx.ASK" file to cex@infinity-box.com with subject: Activation 3. wait "licence_contentex_xxxxxxxx.DAT" file from support (please, be little bit patient, we need some time to reply) 4. copy "licence_contentex_xxxxxxxx.DAT" file into folder with software (f.e. C:\Program Files\InfinityBox\ContentEx) 5. activation done |
