how extract phonebook from ot-991d

hello
need extract phonebook from ot-991d (phone can power on ,but cpu is broken(its have short circuit 900mA) and after loading android its hang )
usb interface not working

i have some pcb of ot-991d with broken cpu (short circuit 850mA), all is ok, phone is loading well , usb is working

i try change flash ic from 1 pcb to 2 pcb , but phone can not power on
i try to extract phonebook with CM2 , but program say "nand not supported"
i have a backup (ispff) of fullflash with CM2 , Content Extractor can not take ispff
how convert ispff to bin ?
please help to extract phonebook , it is very important

On NAND all data is packed and mostly it fragmented very much. We work on way of extraction data from them.
