The UFC 3GS have the TMA section with ON written on the top side and the value of the resistors on the down side. Now in order to use the TMA, which position of the DIP switches has to used, up or down. Pls help at the earliest. |

Member: 1274913 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 15 | The DIP Switch from UFC3GS has the same functionality as normal TMA adapter. if the switch is on ON position that means the respective resistor is connected. Take care to put on ON position only 1 pin in the same time ! ( otherwise you must calculate yourself the resulting resistor value ! ) Also 1 DIP switch pin must be in ON position all the time ( depending on the one you need ) ( you cannot use UFC3GS if all siwtched are OFF ) If you are using normal Nokia cables with UFC3GS and you don't want to use additional resistors ( TMA function ) as your cable already has the required values please put the 0.0 ohm resistor - first one - in ON position. This means that no resistor is used ! About what resistor to use for what phone model you can check the forum for each appropriate value ( example: nokia 3200 BSI resistor value ) |
