| How to Solve MXKey with (No Security Dongle detected) First make sure your MX Key is connected directly to usb port and you are NOT using a usb hub. Installing drivers if windows not recognizing MXKEY which results to No Security Dongle : Go to device manager smart card drivers on smart card holder : reinstall or update drivers choose: to install manualy the drivers then choose : have a disk then choose: ft2k from this directory: C:\mobileEx\3.4\data\drivers\card\FT2K and choose the driver shown and then over ride the old drivers then should ask you to confirm and it will install both for holder and card device. try to follow these steps and follow screenshots below: All red maked are steps to click on Last edited by Fast Unlocking; 08-06-2010 at 22:09. |

| More here until all finished, then restart and all should be ok, this method works as well if you have drivers conflict that is causing No secuirty dongle. Last edited by Fast Unlocking; 07-08-2010 at 18:38. |
